We purchased a property through Mr Gerard Sherlock, a Ray White agent and our experience was far from ideal. Communication issues: Before settlement, Mr Sherlock would not answer or respond to our calls /texts once we had put an offer. His tactics were to keep us tied to this property buying time to raise price. Mr Sherlock also promised to provide information pack from seller as we were buying it for investment which never materialised, leaving us without important reference materials. He promised not to display the sold price but never kept his promise. On settlement he never bothered to touch base or answer or phone calls, texts or emails. He also misinformed his reporting Director that he had provided us with a bottle of champagne on settlement. Pure dishonesty!! I came to know about it after speaking to the Director of Ray White at Ashgrove branch. Such an unprofessional conduct, with a deeply disappointed service from Ray White Ashgrove branch.
