We had a brilliant outcome which could not have happened were it not for the knowledge, professionalism and unwavering dedication by Gerda and Jeff. They estimated the property value and achieved that estimate. There wasn't any hype or sales pitch, just down to earth open and honest discussion. They were right every step of the way. This was a house that needed work, a lot of work. The amount of energy and time these agents needed to put in was huge. After the first sale fell through due to finance from the buyer, they quietly worked their magic and sold the house in less than 2 weeks with a 4-week settlement. Huge positive. They did what I didn't think was possible, they sold to a very happy buyer. Win-win. The commitment by a rural/remote agent needs to be acknowledged and commended. While I was located in Adelaide and the property located 4 hours away, they organized and oversaw whatever needed doing to the property grounds to assist with the sale. Gerda showed us five properties and she was very knowlegable about each one , she didnot pressure us into making a decision until after we had seen all five houses, after we had seen all the houses she asked which one we liked we said Wright Street and then gave her our offer relaided the amount to seller and they rejected offer.
