We had a brilliant outcome which could not have happened were it not for the knowledge, professionalism and unwavering dedication by Gerda and Jeff. They estimated the property value and achieved that estimate. There wasn't any hype or sales pitch, just down to earth open and honest discussion. They were right every step of the way. This was a house that needed work, a lot of work. The amount of energy and time these agents needed to put in was huge.
