Local is the way to go!

Gerda has been the easiest agent to work with. All her communication was very helpful and she was prompt in responding to mine. She knew the local market and who was looking. From there she was able to give me a really good price guide but was happy to listen to me in regards to pricing the house which resulted in a quick sale that suited myself and the buyer. If I was selling or buying again locally, I would happily use Gerda as my agent.
