Down-to-earth, Guy next door, a pleasure to deal with
The first time we met Gerry, he came across as a quiet, unassuming, “guy next door” character who had come around for a coffee and a chat. Gerry does not fit the mould of your well-coiffed suit-and-tie salesman out to make a sale, no matter what. He cared for us, as clients, for what we wanted in the process of selling our property, was clear about what he could offer, provided real, honest feedback and information about the market and we felt like he genuinely wanted to get to know us as people before embarking on this journey with us.
We trusted Gerry with all aspects of selling our property, even handing him a key allowing him access to come and go as he pleased to take prospective buyers through our property. Despite this, Gerry would always let us know when he was accessing our place. He would provide us with weekly reports as well as feedback after each open house.
We were impressed with Gerry’s knowledge about the property market, and being a builder by trade, Gerry could rattle off information about buildings, sales and how much a property was worth based on his knowledge and experience in the industry. His predictions have been spot on.
Gerry Moley is a down-to-earth, break-the mould kind of Agent that was such a pleasure to do business with and we will definitely be calling on him and LJ Hooker again should we need to sell another property in future.
