We are a little bit attached to this place even though we are keen to move to another area. Gerry respected that and allowed us to work through finalising the house for sale at our own pace. There was never any sense that this was anything except our own calendar and our own tempo. But he contributed more than just an agents input. We engaged him just as some of the renovations were being finalised and ideas he threw in were incorporated in what we were doing. And through all this his advice on the market and his management of our expectations was spot on. There was no fluff, no inflation but just careful and measured commentary about what we might expect.
