We never met Bekkie, not once. We had to continually email her to find out progress of all house openings. Took 6 months to sell our unit in a sellers market, had an offer on the last weekend of her contract, as we were looking to go to another agency. Never had signs out to direct people to house open, had one sign at the unit, nothing on the main road.

General bad rude attitude and i most always had to micromanage her and get involved with the tenant to get home opens and I believe the tenant told me that she was bad mouthing me during the sale ! In the end I accepted a lower offer to rid the agent and tenant together and didn’t hear much from the agent one a offer was signed ! During these issues i fldid make a written complaint to the principal but he seemed very weak and didn’t assign a different agent so i got stuck with her and even charged me the full advertising fees when it was sold less in a week ! I would Avoid this agent and company at all cost !
Bekkie was very pro-active in the sale of our investment property , nothing was too much trouble especially when we have some tennants in the house that weren't co-opertaive at first , that was until they met Bekkie,she was also keeping us updated as to how inspections went and next steps ,once a contract was signed she was happy and with fast action get things done with regards to having locks changed etc would defenantly refer people to her ,
