Jade was very competent,followed up things promptly and kept us in the loop at all times.however,we were not as happy with the agents system of different selling costs due at different times.also the overall selling costs of $15500 on a $465,000 property.we sold another property at the same time which was $9225 on a $420,000 property.this is an issue with the agent
