Professional and well presented agent with skill and expertise. Khaled sold a piece of land that we were struggling to sell for two years. Other agents failed to sell the land for a much lower price. Khaled sold the land for almost 20k higher than what the other agents said was possible. He matched the price we were realistically hoping to sell for. He was confident that he could achieve the sale and did so within the agreed time period. He is polite and respectful. He is not cunning and deceptive like many of the other real estate agents we have dealt with in the past. He is straightforward, no false promises. From the date of signing contract till settlement date agent should be responsible and be clear especially towards first home buyers. Building inspection didn’t allow purchaser to go inside house and during pre settlement inspection agent didn’t bring all the keys couldn’t see the whole house agent was asking client to be quick because he was supposed to go another inspection. Cooling off period negotiations was left till last minute too much stress and pressure on first hole buyer. As sell agent you should provide quality customer service unfortunately that’s not the case. Overall it was learning experience for next time.

Khaled is a good agent. He is professional and knowledgeable about realestate marketing however he was too busy to answer phone calls or following up with small things and paying attention to details. We had a lot of miscommunication during the selling process. It was very stressful and I’m not completely happy with the service. 15mins late for half hour inspection, needs reminding to remove my signs out side of doors. Another agent in the same work took photos of my house to advertise for himself and sending out brochures in my neighbourhood without informing us and obtaining a consent from us which is way inappropriate. And I found out about this advertisement from my friend which was embarrassing. If I can choose again I wound not pick this agent, overall I feel he is over promising and under delivering.
Buying a house during lockdown is never easier but buying with this agent was twice as bad. Not only did he sell us a disgusting, smelly and dirty home, he lied about so many different things. First off when we came to inspect the property, he rushed us and wouldn’t let us take our time to look around and get a good feel for the place, keep in mind this was after we had already put a deposit down. Then when it came to settlement date, we arrived at the house at the agreed time only to be given a garage key and be told there wasn’t any house keys, not even a front door key. After further inspection we noticed blood stains on the walls, curtains and blood in a shower, when we confronted the agent about it he denied it was blood. We then tested the shove and dishwasher and they both didn’t work but we were told was in working im order and that there was nothing he could do about it. Once we reached settlement and we’re ready to move in we found the house was infested with mice, which was another added cost to have someone came out and exterminate them. When you spend a lot of money in Purchasing something you expect to have faith and confidence that the agent will be truthful and Genuine, but this is unfortunately not what we got. This agent is all about the money and doesn’t care. We have been in our now beautiful home for 8 months and he still yet to contact us about the missing house key. After he received the money we never heard from him again. Overall the worst experience in buying a new house.
