Farha was extremely helpful in the initial meetings. She guided us to realistic expectations for the value. The marketing/ inspections were professional. The process after the open houses was not quite as smooth. Would recommend including the initial information and pack of summary of exactly what the process is during the sale as we were unsure about our obligations and buyer expectations were to ensure there was a smooth process. I would recommend Farha to other vendors.
