Being a young first-time home buyer and only spent less than a week deciding on what property I should invest on, my knowledge and background was limited. Hence I was hesitant to decide if or when I should take the leap as I had no vision. But through Gia's eyes as I walked around this clean, simple, abstract, 'new-looking' and well-designed modest house on open day, she indicated this property has the investment potential where no other surrounding properties could provide me that will suit my youthful, proficient and productive lifestyle. After selling off my land it was time to invest my money wisely and purchase a home for myself. That's when Gia powered on to her realestate expertise. Gia previously had helped me sell my land and now was on a mission to help me find my new home. After viewing many houses I hadn't quite found the right home for me and was thinking that maybe give it a rest for a month and restart the following month. I got a phone call from Gia saying that she has a home open this weekend and I know it's not in the suburb that you wanted but I think you'll really like this place. I was a little hesitant but hey I thought I would make the time to swing past and have a look. I'm so glad I did, whilst I was walking up the driveway I was like this is such a sweet little home and a nice quiet street. When I went inside I was really impressed by the home itself it was cozy and I thought to myself I could stay her for at least 10years and be comfortable rather than my original plan of just buying a place to live in for a few years and move on. Thanks to Gia I found not just a house but a home. She really listens to the needs of her clients and does her best to accommodate to their needs. I would highly recommend her to other people.
