After dealing with agents buying or selling houses over the last 10 years, Gianni has been the best I have dealt with. The specific property Gianni sold was almost impossible to sell. It had gone through 5 different agents over 4 years whilst trying to sell it. Gianni acted as a true professional whilst acting on my behalf, always giving me regular updates and ensuring any sniff of a sale was followed up with promptly from open inspections, he tirelessly worked on the sale until he got the job done, and I must add he got it over the market value quoted by other agents. Love your work Gianni and thank you so much!

I recently sold my property through Alexkarbon real estate agency and had a pleasure to have Gianni Fazzari run my advertising campaign. He impressed me with his vast knowledge of the local property market, his warm and personable attitude and his work ethics of the highest standard. He is a competent and skilled real estate agent who selflessly dedicates his time and knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved. One of his strongest skills lies in his ability to establish and maintain regular communication making the experience of selling property stress free and successful. Gianni is one of the rare agents who brings genuine care, support and personal touch together with professionalism, a winning combination hard to find in this day and age.

It is a pleasure to be able to write a review for Gianni. Throughout the sale process Gianni was totally supportive and provided reassurance in what is a very stressful time. His communication was excellent in keeping me informed on how the ooen homes went and viewers feedback. I found his quiet manner very reassuring and his understanding of my situation really positive. Gianni has an excellent knowledge of the real estate business anf I feel that anyone who has him as their agent is a very lucky person.

Just really want to thank Gianni for his help before, during, and, most importantly (when most of the agents would have dropped out since the "sales was completed"), after the purchase happened. He was very available and always happy to answer my many questions and concerns, super patient and detailed in his answers. Many thanks for the absolutely perfect service, mate!

It was really great to sell my property with Gianni's help. He showed deep knowledge of the property and neighbourhood since the early stages of the campaign. His willingness to get to the best deal for me was outstanding.

I decided to sell my apartment at a time when the market is saturated with new apartments, and a new apartment complex had just completed construction right next door! Gianni's knowledge of the market and the price levels, both historical and current, helped set my expectations. Gianni listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and ensured my apartment was presented in a manner that generated the right amount of interest. Gianni managed to achieve the optimal price for my apartment in just 3 weeks, and I couldn't be happier.

Gianni made the stressful experience of selling my apartment a stress free and enjoyable one. Kept in regular contact regarding apartment and organising inspections etc with plenty of notice and worked around my schedule if needed to change appointments and openings if needed. He is passionate about his work and really strives for the best result possible and has extensive knowledge and advice if required. Highly recommend his services. 10/10

We met Gianni in an random weekend auction, and his professional approach has won us immediately. years later, when we decide to sell one of investment property, we invited Gianni for appraisal. Among of 3 agents conducted the appraisal, we decided to go with Gianni. Later on, it approved this is the best move. Through the whole selling process, Gianni demonstrated his well-knowledge and professionalism. His world-class customer service is truly second to none. Within two weeks property hit the market, Gianni managed to get two offers on the table with my full ask. This is far beyond what I expect, great result within short period of time. We could not thank Gianni enough for his hard work. If you are thinking of selling your property, you might just find gold here.
