Hi, I just wanted to write a few words with regards to Giles and the service he provided me with the sale of my property. I enlisted Giles help to sell my property after a frank and honest discussion about the current market conditions and my situation. I was looking to clear some debt and didn't have a lot of equity in my property and I explained that achieving the highest possible price was imperative to me and my family. After the first open home, I had two offers; one of which Giles would not receive a commission due to the nature of who the offer was coming from. Giles informed me of this and explained that I would be better off financially taking the offer in which he did not receive a commission and that he was more than happy to organise that for me. I think that this kind of behaviour from Giles showed an incredible amount of integrity and loyalty to me, the client.
