He kept us informed at all times about the process of listing our property, and provided prompt and honest feedback following open homes and viewings. He was also always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were open to allowing Giles to conduct private viewings of our property and took great comfort in knowing he would only request a private viewing if the potential buyer was genuinely interested. I called Giles as I knew that he had a high profile in Bayview Heights, and straight away he was attentive, courteous and professional. Within a couple of days he had evaluated the property, recommended some easy things to do to boost the appeal of the property, advised me of his marketing strategy and suggested the most likely price range. After the first open home he presented us with an offer and advised us against signing it as he felt that he could achieve a better price with more favourable conditions. He was right. On the day before the second open home, he received a verbal offer from a buyer who had not set foot inside the house. He insisted that the buyer inspect the property thoroughly before making an offer. The inspection occurred, the buyer was satisfied and a written offer was submitted. Hi, I just wanted to write a few words with regards to Giles and the service he provided me with the sale of my property. I enlisted Giles help to sell my property after a frank and honest discussion about the current market conditions and my situation. I was looking to clear some debt and didn't have a lot of equity in my property and I explained that achieving the highest possible price was imperative to me and my family. After the first open home, I had two offers; one of which Giles would not receive a commission due to the nature of who the offer was coming from. Giles informed me of this and explained that I would be better off financially taking the offer in which he did not receive a commission and that he was more than happy to organise that for me. I think that this kind of behaviour from Giles showed an incredible amount of integrity and loyalty to me, the client.
