Gill was absolutely outstanding throughout an incredibly difficult and stressful time trying to navigate the sale of my uncles home after his passing. We are based on Sydney so being so far away was a challenge but Gill made this so easy, was super responsive, guided us through the process and made what was a really stressful few months so much more manageable - going out of her way to let contractors through, arrange multiple quotes, inspections, send photos and videos to us, even going there on weekends or after hours when there was an attempted break in.
