Gill Davies delivers on everything she says and sets out to do. This was not a straightforward purchase. I have been so very fortunate to have found the right home and for Gill to skilfully navigate between the vendor, me and our respective solicitors as I sold and relocated from Brisbane, waited patiently for cleared funds, etc. Others may have pushed on for a quick sale, but Gill knew this was one of those sales that may take a bit longer but everyone is happy in the end. Gill genuinely cares about the vendor’s interests and those of the purchaser. There’s no question as to her impeccable ethics. Importantly, Gill matches people to the right property. She has her finger on the pulse, quickly understands what a purchaser is looking for. Going over and above, she listens to what you say and acts on the little things she picks up on. In my case, the location. Had to be near my aging parents. So immediately she only showed me close proximity properties while other agents threw any and everything at me. It had to be walking distance from my parents … tick ✅ I have now moved in and cannot express enough my gratitude to Gill for making me feel welcome back home in Wagga Wagga after 37 years away, respecting my caution as a single woman purchasing solo, respecting my budget and not pushing me beyond my means, and making sure all parties were happy every step of the way with faultless communication and timely check-ins.
