We had a great experience with Gill purchasing an off-market property while being in WA. She communicated with a timely manner and with patience, given we are sometimes 2-3 hours behind the East coast. Gill was there to listen to our concerns and ideas, and was willing to pass onto the vendor most of the time. She lisaisoned with other professionals to make the process as smooth as it can be for what can be a complicated journey such as property purchase. We would highly recommend Gill.
