Gills market knowledge appeared limited for this area. His communication was really lacking. I had to constantly chase him, and it could take a day or two for a reply. His knowledge of the real estate industry was not great, with him not knowing something, or getting me to do things either heor a conveyancer should do. He came across as unprofessional, in saying things the purchaser wanted to hear. And if asked a difficult question, he would ignore it. Terrible service!
