This is the second house that I have sold that the market has been great and house sell fast without a lot of effort needed But with Gillian she will chase for that bigger dollar sign always on the job day and night always answers no matter what time of day or night Gillian is a straight shooter and says it as it is and coming from a sellers point of view that is what one needs other agents can say i can get this do that but she is just straight down the middle and gets the job always working hard for her clients to get the best possible out come Will i call upon Gillian again of course i will, must approachable agent I have ever worked with and I’ve bought & sold plenty of houses it’s hard to have faith in your real estate hoping they have your back along your journey if your sale and I can honestly say this is what she has been

Gillian Ragan has been very helpful throughout the process of buying the house. She has always been available and gave the right guidance. Highly recommended!

We went straight to Gillian after using her previously. She did a fantastic job negotiating and liaising with potential buyers and keeping us in the loop. She achieved a sale that exceeded our expectations Would absolutely recommend her!

Gillian Ragan helped us buy a beautiful property, she was with us through the process starting from property inspection until the settlement is done. We highly recommend Gillian Ragan if anyone buying property. Thank you so much for your help Gillian Ragan :) Kind Regards, Prabhu & Swapna

Gillian from Heritage Realty was nothing short of fantastic from first contacting her for an appraisal, through to settlement. Gillian is extremely responsive, transparent, provided meaningful and relevant market advice, and we were absolutely thrilled with the outcome! One key point of difference with Gillian was that we felt that she was very good at providing a sales strategy based on the market conditions and our particular needs. We would highly recommend Gillian to anyone wishing to sell! Thanks again Gillian!

Gillian was always there to provide reassurance and a helping hand all throughout the process, from bidding to settlement. She provided prompt updates to ensure I was always in the loop.

We didn’t meet Gillian in person everything was done via email. Though my Dad did meet Gillian and knew from the first interaction that she was the agent for us. Gillian’s valuation and expected sale price was well and truly beyond what other agents suggested. We sold our house for more than it was advertised for. Gillian is very easy going and will get you the best, possible price. Definitely recommend.

My daughter had previously used Gillian when selling her house so it was a no brainer that we used her too. Gillian was professional every step of the way and managed, to our amazement to get a lot more for our home than we expected. Everything that she done for us made the whole experience seamless. Gillian kept in contact with us throughout this process and even achieved the sale of the furniture too. She made sure that any timeframes she had stated were kept and I cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she put into making our next stage of life easier. I would recommend this lovely lady to anyone who wants the sale of their prized possession to be dealt with effectively, efficiently and professional as she is the whole package. Thanks Gill I wish only the best for your future endeavours in the industry.

We couldn’t have picked a better agent. Professional, great communication, on time everytime. Made the sake of our home easy from start to finish. Very happy with the outcome - sold after one home open.

The sale of my Harrisdale property was exceptional. It was sold just after it's first home open and above expectations. Well done Gillian.

Gillian has the right blend of determination, honesty and the local knowledge in the Harrisdale and Piara Waters area that makes her one of if not the best Agent in the area. She knows the market extremely well and knows how to get the best for both the vendor and buyer.

Gillian is a highly dedicated professional who ensures she communicatesb and advises every step of the way through selling your home. We were extremely happy with the service, the result and the follow through. Her advice was honest and it was spot on. We would not hesitate in recommending Gillian to prospective new sellers.
