Along with other agents, we had Gillian give us a sale estimate. Gillian was proactive, showed contacts through prior to us launching on the market and presented an offer equal to her valuation (and above other agents). Gillian then assisted the buyer to get finance, recommended a settlement agent to us and everything went through without a hitch. Awesome.
