I could write all day about the amazing service Gillian and her team gave my husband and I when we wanted to sell our current home and buy a larger home for our growing family. We got over $70k MORE than the bank said our home was worth when we started the process, and she worked as hard as she could to get us the best offer possible. Her marketing is fantastic and is extremnely affordable. The process was all done with in 6 weeks and when the bank was causing issues she was calm and sorted it within days. I really couldn't recommend her better. She keeps your head on and holds your hand through the whole process, she even contacts you after the sale to congratulate you and to check and see how your move/new home is going.
