Gillian Swain did a great job for us of selling our property.

I was recently charged with the task of selling my parents property after their admission to aged care. I had previously engaged Gillian to sell my own property in Forest Lake, and was so impressed with her professional approach for the sale of my own property, that when it came time to sell my parents property, the choice was clear and simple, to approach Gillian again. The property was some distance from Gillian's usual sales territory, however, this did not phase Gillian, and she immediately took on the task of assisting me with the sale of my parent's property. Her excellent communication skills shone through at the open home, with an excellent attendance rate, and several considerations on the property. At all times through the negotiation process, Gillian exceeded my expectations, and was considerate and mindful on the needs of both myself as the vendor, and of the buyers. I cannot speak highly enough of Gillian, and hope that the next time I need to sell a property, that I will be fortunate enough to be able to engage her services again.

We knew from our very first contact with Gillian that when the time came she would sell our house. Her professional and friendly nature assured us of a quick and painless experience.
