A consummate professional

I knew Gillian from a previous realestate dealing and she came highly recommended as the right person for the job and someone who would go above and beyond to get me the best sale possible. She certainly lived up to that recommendation. From the get-go she was clearly very knowledgeable about the local market, had a clear vision of the marketing campaign and sought to constantly keep me up to date with developments. If she thought I may be about to make a mistake, she quietly but firmly presented the salient facts all wrapped up in a cogent argument that was almost impossible to disagree with and ultimately produced a much better outcome. Since the auction it has been both interesting and satisfying to note how many people I know have complimented her on how she conducted the campaign. If I had another property to sell in Canberra, she would certainly be the agent that I would turn to.
