Gillian was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my new apartment. As I was interstate and unable to inspect the property in person when it came onto the market, she kindly offered to walk me through the apartment via FaceTime. She diligently turned on all the lights, appliances, air conditioning, and taps, and opened every cupboard so I could virtually inspect everything thoroughly. Communication between the vendor, Gillian, and myself was exceptionally fast and efficient. The whole process was smooth from inspection to settlement.
