This is the second time I have worked with Gilly Oliver on a property and once again he has let the results speak. Gilly told me he had a buyer interested in purchasing a property like mine in Beenleigh and thought if he was given the chance to introduce my property to his buyer then he could sell it. I spoke with Gilly after he successfully sold 178 Main Street Beenleigh. This property is the neighbouring property to 174 Main Street which at the time I owned. I attended the auction of the property next door and met Gilly. The property sold for $1,050,000.00 and Gilly asked if I would consider selling 174 Main Street as the under bidder from the auction was still looking to secure a good investment. I didn't want to advertise or go to the open market and Gilly was fine with that. Gilly had no issues bringing me an offer I couldn't refuse. I've since had Gilly sell more of my realestate and would be happy to again in future. He is a consummate professional, very easy to deal with and a great communicator. Very happy with Gilly! Daryl
