We had our house ready for sale and chose Gilly Oliver to do his thing! As the property is a niche home, it was marketed well to target the best cohort of buyers. The video and styling were top notch and portrayed the home to its best ability. Gilly's communication and very calming manner were excellent as we were very concerned initially of the house selling at the right price. He assured us along the way that he would find the right buyer and he did! The negotiation was seamless and the contract was in place speedily. The stress factor was removed from the sale by being kept in the loop and a positive manner from Gilly. Thanks for everything, Gilly - well done to get it over the line with a good result for both the seller and the buyer. :) It is nice to deal with honest and down to earth people.
