Will push to settle as early as possible at the expense of the purchaser. Defects not remedied before settlement and notice not given to tenants in timely manner meaning it was not vacant at settlement, despite assurances otherwise. Terrible experience. Beware.

My experience with Gin Wu was surprisingly fantastic, I say surprisingly because feedback from others who have sold properties in my circle of friends has been ordinary at best, promise the world but deliver the minimum once you sign up. Gin from the get go was enthusiastic and very keen to generate a high level of interest with direct and concise discussions after every open day, this enabled me to feel comfortable with whatever Gin thought was required to get a desired result, and after a little tweaking she was successful in signing off a sale for us after a 6 week campaign.
