It’s such a big responsibility choosing a real estate agent to sell your family home. We interviewed four agents from different companies in the hope that we would get the good one. And what a great decision that was because we found Gina. She promised a huge database of potential buyers to draw from and to get the ball rolling. She organised and orchestrated two open houses each week before our auction, and she arranged absolutely everything to do with marketing and the auction. Interest rates were rising and buyers were pulling back but on Auction Day, our house was one of just two that sold out of the 12 that had gone to auction by that company on the day.
