We are first home buyers and so required a little extra patience and assistance. Gina was informative, honest and helpful in every stage of the process. No request was too much trouble, and although she represented the vendors, she always had time for us, and made sure it was the right fit for everyone. We feel very lucky that Gina made our entire experience very positive.

Gina is a nice person to deal with. I felt as if we could trust what she was telling us about the property and the vendor, although sometimes she didn't exactly know the answer. Whenever an agent is selling they're representing the vendor, not the buyer, so I wouldn't have expected her to tell me any horror stories about the property anyway. But yeah, she's nice, and not pushy like a lot of agents are.
