Gina was professional and competent from the beginning. She arrived for the appointment on time and immediately made us feel comfortable. As we walked around she advised us on some small changes we could make to help with a sale and when she sat down to go through costing and details she did not make us feel under any pressure. She clearly knew the area and had done her homework regarding housing around us. We chose Gina because we felt comfortable with her and are really pleased we did as she did a great job.
