We looked at two agents both from Harcourts but not the same branch. We decided to go with Gina as both my wife and I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. Unfortunately Gina had a family crisis and had to step out of the picture for a couple of weeks and Redmond (a colleague) took over while Gina was away. Initially we were a bit worried as we had a good relationship with Gina. Our worries were just that, worrying for nothing. Redmond stepped up to the plate and took command straight away and we were every bit as comfortable with Redmond as we were with Gina. The house was under offer within 18 days and we had unconditional finance seven days later, I don't think you can ask for better service than that. I would recommend Gina without any shadow of a doubt. She is professional, very knowledgable, has great communication and always puts any worries you might have at ease.

As we walked around she advised us on some small changes we could make to help with a sale and when she sat down to go through costing and details she did not make us feel under any pressure.
