Best of all she went above and beyond in negotiating a fantastic price with a buyer before the auction date. It is always nerve wracking to decide whether to take an offer or go to auction but because Gina managed to work with the buyer to substantially increase the offer we were confident to take the offer and save a lot of time and hassle by not needing to have the auction (plus getting a much shorter settlement time).
