Gina Donazzan: The Best Melbourne CBD Real Estate Agent You Could Possibly Find

I have known Gina Donazzan for some thirty years and used her services for a number of personal transactions in both the sale and purchase of CBD apartments. I cannot speak highly enough of Gina. She is intelligent, honest, straightforward, transparent, extremely hardworking and has the best follow-up of any agent that I have met during my professional life as a lawyer. Not only do I use her for my own transactions, but I recommend her to clients wherever appropriate including in areas other than the CBD Gina provides a fair and honest appraisal of the property proposed for sale and backs it up with comparative recent sales. She has a wealth of experience, having worked for a number of CBD real-estate agents, and then on her own account. I cannot recommend Gina Donazzan highly enough and I have no hesitation in trusting her with work on behalf of my clients. She has never let me down. In the last transaction several months ago in a difficult market she achieved the highest ever price obtained for similar apartments in the building. What more can I say.
