Gina was incredible. My involvement in the sale of the property was the consequence of my friend passing away and as the executor of his estate, I had to be included in negotiations very rapidly. Gina had worked with my friend in securing a previous contract. I 'joined' the transaction in mid negotiations and she needed to bring me quickly up-to-speed with its progress. She also helped me through the 'deadlines/requirements' when that contract didn't become unconditional. She was very quick in getting interests from other parties and then securing a second contract which went to settlement last week.
