Would recommend for both buyers and sellers.

My partner and I recently purchased a property from Gina in Margate, 4019. Right from the start Gina was helpful with confirming what type of property we were after, what features were essential to us, what we could live without and provided us with a few options for properties that she currently had on the market, and those that she would be bringing to market shortly. I was able to attend an inspection for the property we purchased mid-week, before returning on the weekend with my partner and despite the second visit, Gina still went through everything about the property with my partner to make her feel just as involved in the process. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the property and was able to provide details regarding the renovations that had been done, work that could still be completed on the property if desired, trends of the market in the area, as well as helping us as first home buyers understand the process of buying a property and the various different deadlines. Overall the process for us was super simple, and we couldn't have asked for more from an agent we were buying from. For potential sellers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gina. While overall the property we bought from Gina was excellent for the price range, there were definitely some faults. Gina was able to very effectively able to overcome these issues however, either by confirming methods of fixing any problems or by discussing how these issues had been reflected in the fair asking price. At no point did any faults seem to be a deal breaker, and Gina more than willing to go the extra mile to keep us interested in the property and willing to move forward. There was frequent follow up throughout, both initially prior to us submitting and offer, and then prior to the contract going unconditional to ensure we had done everything we needed to, to make sure the buyer didn't need to worry.
