Gino sold my one bedroom property in Kingsbury at a time when there wasn't a lot of interest in one-bedders. I told him where I stood and he did not pressure me either way. He told me that we may not get lucky at auction due to low demand but that it would sell either way. He would find the buyer for me. Sure enough, the auction didn't go well but Gino held his word and pushed on, searching for that buyer. A couple of weeks later, he found the buyer and I received the price I was after. Gino's best qualities were that he did not pressure me and that he was true to his word. In an environment of uncertainty he showed great knowledge and predicted the eventual outcome.
