Girish.Menon was helpful at the start but failed to check for us all the facilities in the house were working. Everything from the oven Bar fridge Security system Air conditioning Solar Pool pumps Irrigation The list goes on. On informing him of these problems he said it wasnt up to him to check all these things if they are working or not. We bought a bad lemon. Dont use him.
