Sold my house

I asked Girish to sell my Townsville house for me, as he was the agent who sold the house to me 10 years ago. It was friendly and way on purchase so I only called Girish when I wanted to sell. As I live in Brisbane area, Girish took care of all the little details like lawn cutting, some minor maintenance items and generally just made it all easy. The house sold, I am a happy customer.
