There were some tricky things that happened during our negotiations with Gisele. At our initial inspection we were told that the house would be professionally cleaned since there were tenants in it but the tenants ended up being evicted (or doing a runner) so no professional clean ever happened unfortunately. We were also assured (guaranteed even!) on multiple occasions that the skip bin in the yard wouldn't become our responsibility when we bought the house. We were told that the property management company would ensure it was taken care of. It didn't get taken care of until we found the owner of it though, 3 weeks after moving in, after fears that we would get stuck with the bill of having it removed. Aside from these 2 points, Gisele was good to work with, easy to get ahold of and flexible in her dealings. She certainly did sell the house to us and I don't think that was an easy job, given the house.

We never got to meet Gisele, face to face as we live in a different state, it wasn’t an issue everything was handled well and we had full confidence that our interests where Gisele stop priority. Reliable and great negotiation skills I could go on and on but at the end of the day the deal was done without issue and at the best price for the market.
