Giuseppe let us down during the settlement. He, also recommended a stylist that was below par. He failed to stand up to aspects of the sale we trusted him in and took his advice over. He advised is to use a stylist instead of replacing the floors and to 'distract' from the floors. This was a recurring issue and cost us stress and money right up until the day of settlement. We had the same purchasers wanting to reduce the price and get money many times over the same issue. Giuseppe failed to stand up to the purchasers and stand by his own negotiations which included discounts for the flooring. He left us up the creek without a paddle on the day of settlement when the purchasers were refusing to settle and demanding more money. He was arranging extra inspections contrary to the contact and our conveyancer was also unhappy. It felt like he represented the purchaser and not the people who were paying him. We had already accepted a sale price 250k lower than the original estimate he supplied on top of all this. I wish I had trusted my own judgement.
