As first home buyers its a very daunting thing to buy a house. So having someone who makes you feel comfortable straight away is very important. Glen was a very confident and charming agent who knew what he was doing and did not make it feel scary at all. He was very open with conversation and through the whole process was a very good mediator between the seller and ourselves and got us all the documents that we required even after the contract was signed. This was due to his great relationship with the sellers and interests in keeping the process a happy one. The review asks for star ratings and to be honest its hard for me to rate lower than a 5 on market knowledge and credibility as these two things we did not have much to do with in terms of our conversations and we were knew to the market so was not important. So I assume these two were 5/5. Communication was amazing! Good bloke. I want him round for dinner now! Negotiation. As a buyer he's not really on our side. The goal here is to make as much money for the seller. We bought just under what was advertised price was. So he did a great job for the sellers as the market at the time was rough for the house and the quirky things about the property made it hard for the sellers to sell. I would give him 5 stars if we got it for much less. The actual negotiation was great in terms of communication and was very open and direct through the process. We are so happy to have had Glen sell the house to us and would have no issues recommending him to anyone selling. You will get a genuine agent that you can trust.
