As an interstate seller I required an effective, cost-efficient ACT agent to sell my apartment. After meeting two potential agents I chose Glen Kingston/Hayman Partners on the basis of the selling methodology (Auction Sale Contract), the personality shown at the meeting and the option of an incentive driven commission arrangement. I was not disappointed with result. Glen provided both timely/concise communication and support to get the apartment ready for sale. The price gained exceeded the expectation identified by Glen at initial interview. Overall pity Glen and Hayman Partners are not in Victoria.
