We met Glen at one of the first homes we put an offer in and had just missed out, he was so friendly, helpful & sincere when we lost to the highest bidder. We later saw him at another property which wasn’t what we were really looking for, Glen remembered us from previous and asked if this location/home is what we are after when we said not really but we have to open our options as not much on the market, he told us of one coming the following week he felt was more what we were talking about. He put the ad up on Friday & Saturday was the open, he again was so helpful, easy to talk with, has a great assistant who also remembered us, and then the rest is history. Glen was up at 8.30pm Saturday getting the documents ready for us to sign that night. Was such a smooth process, no stressing. Waking up Sunday to know we have our new home was such a great feeling!
