Great communication and easy to deal with

Glen came to us by chance , he was gentlemanly and courteous . To cut long story short , we inspect a property to buy and it was out of range and all but sold , Glen asked our story and said he may have some people that were interested in purchasing our house . Well, we struck a deal and he asked for us to give him just two weeks and he would try to HELP us !! Glen is unique in his approach , his strategy is different to many agents and by keeping a strong data base of BUYERS rather than chasing sellers , he was able to match one of those to our home and HE SMASHED IT !! Without details, Glen kept his word to us in every way , he gave us no pressure and successfully engineered a deal which broke the street record by over $200 K without going to market !! The deal went through and we could not be happier. His involvement has been a game changer for my wife and I. There was also no stress and when a couple of issues popped up Glen addressed and solved them quickly and effectively. We have since passed on Glen to some other family and friends who have also benefitted from his clever approach .
