Given that our place was rural we did not expect such a quick sale. Signed the forms without fully understanding the conditions of sale. Very professional presentation wth photographer who knew his stuff and professional copywriter and floor planner. Glossy photos. Glen is a go getter. We were originally going to go with another agent but whilst we were preparing the property for sale he did not make any contact with us but Glen did follow up. We decided that was the type of behaviour we expected from our agent in relation to prospective buyers.

All good no problems at all

Glen could not do enough for us in both selling our home and buying another. We believe that he went beyond the call of duty. With the sale of our house he sold it in 12 days after it had been with another agent for 3 months. With the purchase of another house Glen came and inspected a number of properties in other suburbs and did not gain financially from these inspections. We cannot speak highly enough of the attention that Glen gave us over this period. As he said "I want to be friends for the rest of our lives" and I know that he has achieved that.
