I was referred to Glen by my chemist, Linda Plumb at Terranora. And after the sale of my mother's home, I can recommend Glen from first hand experience. He is a friendly, positive person who brings a lot of energy to the task of showing the home to all interested parties, with very short notice if necessary in order to meet the needs of a potential buyer. His advice regarding preparation for the sale was very good and he referred me to an excellent painter as part of the home improvements he recommended. He is an excellent communicator, providing regular updates of open house or individual showings. And if you need to speak to him he will take calls at any time or will get back to you promptly if he is busy.

We went with an Auction program with Glen due to the extra interest expected to be generated by a Heritage listed residence. In the first 4 weeks before auction Glen presented us with three offers from people interested in buying before auction. We accepted the highest offer which was above expectation but it fell through one week before auction when the purchaser did not come up with his deposit. We chose to continue on to auction and although there was a good crowd in attendance and a good auctioneer, we just missed out on the reserve price we set. Three weeks after auction, Glen brought us an excellent offer which we accepted and settled on time, 30 days later. The price achieved was at the top of the range estimated by Glen and ourselves independently. We were very impressed with Glen.
