Glen came recommended to me by a friend who has bought and sold a lot of properties on the Gold Coast. Glen is straight down the line with his advice and pretty spot on with his valuations of properties as well, he also kept me informed of any updates regarding inquiries, inspections and similar sales etc. We knew when it listed that my property would take some time to sell, and Glen persisted with marketing my property until it sold for a decent price. While not the price I had hoped for, it was a price that Glen had suggested early on and with a down turn in the market, I felt it was a fair price. I highly recommend Glen and would be happy to work with him again in the future.
