I did not meet Glen Williams personally as yet. Know him through a query at Ray White. Ray White is a dominant real estate player in Gold Coast. While its CEO provides a positive outlook about real estate in his weekly newsletter, but from my experience it is not that rosy. While I was serious to sell my unit, my previous agents did not able to reach to a stage at which unit could be sold. They went only as far as showing the unit to the prospective buyer, but probably don't know how sell it to the to the buyer i,e lacking the second push. After talking to Glen Williams, it seems that he has a confidence in what he do and he was willing to sell my unit. With bits of up and down, unsuitable timing I was assuming that the unit won't be sold. Suddenly tide has changed. Glen managed to hold the under bidder to buy my unit and eventually sold. If Glen wanted I believe he could have negotiated bit better sale price. Anyway, I personally thank Glen for his steadfastness in selling my unit and I will recommend him to other sellers to consider him for their next property.

Glen sorry it has taken me so long to write this review. I really wanted to make it a good one. You are all the things a great agent should be ... professional, efficient, hard-working, great communicator, keeping your clients informed up-to-the-minute day or night getting the best price for buyer and seller. But above all I have appreciated your genuineness. I really feel that you are totally honest and up front in all your dealings and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property.
