Having purchased, renovated, repaired, rented and sold numerous properties on the Gold Coast since 2002, we decided to sell one of our recently completely renovated properties rather than see it damaged, defaced or destroyed by tenants. Throughout the process, Glen and his associate Callym Beric worked as a highly professional team allowing Glen to concentrate on the sale management, approaches and negotiations – some taking quite extensive amounts of time and effort, while Callym handled all sundry requirements. Both worked superbly individually. We doubt this team could be bettered.
