The experience with this property purchase was really smooth and easy and comfortable since Glenda Reynolds looked after the property, tenants, vendor and myself as the purchaser . I have never met a real-estate agent who delivers flowers wine and tries to make new purchasers feel welcome in their new home by going out of their way to keep the property very tidy and clean with a professional cleaner of her own. I haven’t needed to call Glenda regarding any of my needs, since usually she updates me and make all the necessary arrangement to make this settlement happen, leaving all the parties involved happy. It didn’t really felt like that I was dealing with an agent because of her friendly personality and with her sincere professional service, she felt more like a friend. All I had to do was trust her in the process, she is a person who keeps her word, I didn’t add any special conditions to the contract, at the final inspection I realised that she has taken care of all the issues at the property way better than I expected or wished for. We were really lucky to get her as our agent for this purchase since she didn’t disappoint us in any way, and all the time, she went out of her way to help us, being available on the phone regardless of the time and also would drive to your place to sign in the contract and hand over the keys, since I was available only after hours, and I never experienced any trouble organising anything with her. From my first enquiry till receiving the keys, the assurance and support Glenda provided, it made us feel amazing and appreciated.
