Selling Invicta was always going to be a challenge. A unique lead light house and landmark in Ipswich with strong links to the early 1900's. Due to its land size, position and heritage links the property best fits a small percentage of the buying market. We tried some innovative ideas, some worked, some didn't however Glenn always remained positive and very professional when communicating with me the owner. I recall one day, where he had his whole team looking at Invicta to focus on finding potential buyers. Glenn never gave up and worked 110% in the final week to secure a contract.
