We were referred to Glenn by two of our friends who have substantial real estate experience, and we were so happy that we listed with him. Glenn was down-to-earth and very easy to deal with. Prior to listing, he gave great feedback and realistic suggestions for making our house more saleable – without going over the top and spending money unnecessarily. We were fortunate to have a contract on our property two days after listing (and just hours after the buyer’s inspection). I truly couldn't believe it when he phoned us that evening with a signed contract, and the price was just shy of our asking price. A couple of issues were highlighted in the Building and Pest report, and I was blown away by the work that Glenn did in the background negotiating on our behalf. During the entire process, we would hear from Glenn when a decision needed to be made by us, and only after he had spent substantial time negotiating with the buyers to put us in the best position.
